The program includes a clock that you sync to the Ebay's server you choose and it gives you a perfect starting point for your sniping pleasure. Once you are sync'd up to ebay's clock, you enter the auction end time in the end time box and hit start timer and you have a countdown clock that gives you the exact time left with your selected auction.
